I REMEMBER THE CORNER AND SHOPS BUT I DON'T THINK THE NAMES ARE THE SAME. THERE IN 66-67 HAVE QUESTIONS OF PLACES AND THINGS BUT MOST IMPORTANT ...OF THE PEOPLE. NAMES OF PLACES AND PEOPLE WILL PROBABLY BE MISSSPELLED BUT THE LOVE SHOWN AND GIVEN TO THE TOWN IS REAL. IF YOU ARE TRUE. HONEST. BELIEVE THE TIES ARE THERE FOREVER LET ME KNOW. PHOTOS TAKEN WERE ON HALLMARK CARDS. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL LITTLE TOWN WITH A LOT OF HISTORY. ASK ABOUT THREE CROSS HILL.
"YOUR LIFES GOOD CAN BE MEASURED BY THE LENGTH OF YOUR SHADOW" PROOF IS I'VE SEEN IT. THAT'S WHY YOU ARE NOT ONLY A QUESTION BUT AN ANSWER. LOOKING FORWORD TO ..........

I remember this street corner from when I was stationed in A-burg from 86'-90'. The Jeans Treff was there at the time, but the Trachten Teff was music shop. Right behind the photographer would have been the Hard Rock Cafe Aschaffenburg. I f you go to the right anfd turn right, then u wil end up at the City Park and the Gallerie-a mall.

I was born in Aschaffenburg, and my Oma is still living there. The many happy memories I have of my childhood/youth are from visiting and spending time with my Oma & Opa Meister. I grew up saying that the castle was MY castle.
God Bless us all.

I was stationed in "A'burg" in the Army 1967-68, & have MANY wonderful memories.Worked in Jaeger Kaserne. As a young GI, I went back to the US, got married and we spent 1968 there...Lived "up the street in Haibach. Traveled much, but always loved to return to Aschaffenburg and the wondeful friendly locals. Still in touch with friends in Haibach.
